Lovia is a dating application operated by Vallenova Industries Sdn Bhd. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Lovia is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. Users are required to confirm they are 18 or older during registration. Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately terminated.
Lovia has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. Any such content is immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly within the app using the built-in reporting feature. All reports are reviewed promptly. Users can also contact us directly at officiallovia1@gmail.com.
Lovia monitors user-generated content and takes immediate action against violations of our child safety policy, including permanent account termination and reporting to law enforcement where required.
